Standard delivery

All standard delivery items will typically arrive within 2 - 5 working days, unless otherwise stated when placing your order.

If your delivery address is outside of the UK Mainland and Wales, then delivery may take slightly longer.

Please note this is a curb side delivery only (ground floor for flats) and the driver may in special circumstances ask for assistance to lift the object.

A signature will be required upon delivery. 

Delivery of sofas

All sofas will typically arrive within 3-7 working days, unless otherwise stated when placing your order.

Your purchase will be delivered to a room of your choice, providing there is suitable access, but does not include assembly of any items or removal of any packaging from your home.

If your item is being delivered to a flat without access to a lift, the couriers will deliver up to the third floor only.

You will receive a text message the day before the arrival of your product notifying you of your delivery time slot.

A signature will be required upon delivery.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns Policy

You can request a refund or exchange any item purchased within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Please ensure your item is returned to us in its original packaging, unused, unassembled and in a resaleable condition. Our office and gaming chairs cannot be returned once assembled.

All products must meet the above requirements to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Items can be returned to us directly or you can request for a collection to be made by one of our recommended courier companies. Any collections will incur a small charge.

To arrange your refund or exchange simply contact our customer services team via eBay message outlining your order number, postal code and the reason for your exchange or refund.
