Angelo caddied for Jack Nicklaus for 20 years, beginning in 1963. Several others made yardage books to sell to the contestants, and Angelo didn't make books often. This one never got used (or it would likely be written in and be used looking).

The Memorial Tournament debuted in 1976. Angelo died in 2005.

Books were smaller in those days including the early Lucas books. This one measures 5" by 3.5"
