• Physical damage (see images) — the aluminium body keeps it running smoothly despite this

• Battery doesn’t hold charge long — works fine when plugged in

• Speakers are not working

• Some keyboard keys are loose but present — might be fixable with some DIY

• Needs a clean Windows reset — can be done with a USB or installation disc

✨ The side lighting and trackpad light still work perfectly
