You can return your order within 14 days after delivery. Items must be unopened, unused and in original packaging. Blind boxes can't be returned if opened - thank you for understanding! If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery. For a damaged or defective item return, we require a video recording of the unboxing process. This is to ensure the item was not damaged after opening, as per the manufacturer's policy. Without this video, we cannot process the return.
