All panels are painted in standard shade. If required please send a sample for us to match to ( tow eye cover, wing mirror cap etc) please let us know when ordering if you are sending a sample and provide a note including your eBay user ID, name and any relevant details with it

Returns

All our parts are checked and security marked before being dispatched. Any return items that do not hold the security mark will not be eligible for a refund.

Parts bought in error may be accepted for return (condition dependent) but will EXCLUDE initial postage costs and any return postage costs will be the purchasers responsibility  

In the unusual event the parcel appears damaged on delivery please sign the courier note as 'DAMAGED' to enable the correct procedures for claims and returns. Any contact after 24hr hours of delivery to state damage may no longer be eligible for return or refund. 

Please note these are not Produced from the original manufacturer, these are otherwise branded insurance approved parts used in body shops nation wide

PLEASE NOTE* All our custom painted panels are bespoke products, custom-painted to your requirements. As such orders can not be cancelled and are exempt from cancellation law. We are also unable to accept returns of custom-painted panels, except in such case as the product is found to be faulty, in which case we would need written confirmation of this within 24 hours of delivery. Any queries after this time will not be accepted. In the case a return may be accepted the buyer is responsible for any postage costs. We strongly recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for any damage to them until we receive them. We also recommend that you use a secure and tracked shipper and that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.
