Expert saws
From the master workshop, for the experienced user
Beautifully shaped saws, handmade and light as a feather - they lie almost weightlessly in the hand. Minimal cutting forces, fine kerfs and a precise cutting course make these saws the tools of choice for demanding wood joints. The lightweight kiri wood handles bear discreetly engraved symbols indicating the cutting direction. For over three generations, the »Mitsukawa« master smithy has been perfecting traditional craftsmanship to make these special saws:
  • Blades made of SK-4 steel (61 HRC) for a long service life; we recommend protecting the blade from corrosion with camellia oil after use
  • Each saw is inspected and hand-engraved by the master smith
Through-hardened blade:
  • Allows resharpening by hand - Exception: »Expert 70« Compass Saw
  • If used and cared for properly, these saws will last a lifetime
Saw blades are scraped by hand over the entire width until the optimum wall thickness is achieved:
  • Ultimate flexibility and stability of the blade

Our Refund Policy

Faulty item will be dealt with in accordance with manufacturers warranty. Any cost to send item back will be refunded. The buyer must cover all cost of items bought in error.

Terms and Condition

  1. The goods must be unused, in their original packaging.
  2. Goods that are heat sealed in the box cannot be refunded or exchanged once opened.
  3. The goods must be recieved back within 14 days.
  4. All goods sent back will be at the buyers cost exceptwhen the item is faulty or wrong item.
  5. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above the goods will be sent back to you.
  6. Refund will be minus of all fees + PP. If any enquire please contact us at cw_tyzack@hotmail.com
  7. Any powertools under warranty repair after 30 days the buyer must pay for postage to send to us and £5.50 to return item back.

Damages & Delays

  1. We can not be held responsible for any items damaged, lost or delay in the post. In these case, if you have not taken insurance (if you have taken insurance we will normally refund or replace). any claims will need to be made directly with the royamail or courier.
