Although we have made every effort to ensure this unit will be compatible with the listed vehicles, please check the year, dimensions and shape of the center console of your vehicles before purchasing.Important Notes on Compatibility:
1. Check Shape: Please ensure your car's central console is quadrate-shape before purchasing, or this unit can NOT fit with your car. (If the central console is oval-shaped, please refer to XTRONS IA82M203LS; If it is trapezoidal-shaped, please refer to XTRONS IAP92M209S.)
2. This unit does NOT support decoding your vehicles' air conditioning information.
3. Please check to see whether your car has COMAND system, if it has, this unit is NOT compatible with your car.
4. Please note your CD changer will NOT work after installing this unit.Cables You May Need:
1. Please check whether this unit' s CANbus box is compatible with your car' CANbus system, if it is not, please check your 3 connectors on the ISO wiring harness, you may try to connect the male connector with one of the female connector, if this still doesn't help, please try the other female connector.
2. Please check whether there is original rear view system in your car, if there is, you need to order XTRONS ICE/ACS/FZMRM01 to retain your vehicles' original rear view function. - Applicable Models & Years:

We ship international orders by Fedex or DHL directly from our Hong Kong Warehouse. It normally takes 3-5 working days to reach the recipient depending on the location.
Postage and handling fee above does not include any remote area fee.
For addresses listed in: http://raslist.dhl.com/jsp/first.jsp, there will be an extra US$35.00 remote area fee applied.
Attention: Delivery time does not include weekends and public vacations.
We are NOT liable for ANY import tax, customs fee, or customs delay. If the parcel is return back to us due to the buyer's refusal to pay the above fee, we would NOT resend the parcel until the buyer complete those fees and pay ALL the return and resend cost. Buyer can not cancel the order or request refund based on the above reason.

Warranty and Return Policy
1. Standard 14 day return policy:
If you do not like / are not satisfied with an item within 14 days, starting on the day after the day on which you took delivery, you can return the item for a refund or an exchange providing it is in a perfect and resalable condition. You are liable for all return carriage costs in relation to returns / cancellations. The product must be returned in the condition it was received. We reserve the right to refuse returned items or deduct a 15% restocking fee if they have evidence of installation, user abuse or are not in a resalable condition when returned.
2. Manufacturer's warranty:
Beyond this 14 day period, you are covered under the manufacturer's warranty which is typically 1 year. please note the buyer is liable for all return carriage costs in relation to returns. If your product becomes faulty during this period, you should contact us via email to receive technical support in the first instance. We will then arrange for your item to be repaired or replaced or provide details of the manufacturers local service center.
If goods returned under this clause are found to be in full working order, an inspection fee of USD 20.00 along with the cost of carriage will be charged to you before the goods can be released.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A VALID RETURNS NUMBER.
Any items are returned at your own risk. We strongly advise you to take care when returning items to us for example, by ensuring the goods are correctly addressed & adequately packaged. Items that arrive back damaged or destroyed as a result of poor packaging will not be accepted. These items will be resent to the customer at the customer's expense.
