Vintage FENTON Charleston Collector Uranium Milk Glass Perfume Bottle, Hand painted and Hand Signed. 

Does have a chip out of the lip of the bottle(see all photos)

This glows ghostly green under 395 wavelength black lights. This is due to the Uranium Oxide used in the manufacturing of the glass.  The inside glows brighter than the out side.
