Certain items/orders with a higher financial status may be shipped using “Signature Required”.  This protects the buyer as well as us- the seller.

Once the item is paid for, we will message you with exact pick up location and when you are able to pick up item.

You have 30 days to pick up your item. After 30 days, your item will no longer be available for pick up. 

FOR RETURNS, YOU MUST FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING STEPS FOR A RETURN TO BE ACCEPTED. IF THESE 2 STEPS ARE NOT FOLLOWED, A RETURN MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED.

·     WHILE PURCHASING A RETURN LABEL, CHOOSE "SIGNATURE REQUIRED" OPTION.

·     AFTER THE LABEL IS PURCHASED, FORWARD SHIPPING RETURN INFORMATION TO OUR EMAIL. THIS INCLUDES SHIPPING LABEL USED, RETURN ADDRESS AND TRACKING NUMBER. 

·      *All returned items are subject to inspection for customer errors such as misused, damaged or not properly packaged for return. Returns must be in original non-modified, undamaged packaging. Any return missing original packaging or in damaged/modified packaging will not be accepted. 

·      All returns must be in their original condition with all documentation and tags intact. Items returned without these items or in altered/damaged state will not be accepted. 

·      We must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of an item, of any missing, defective, or damaged goods.
