Order processed within 1-2 business days, then shipped via FedEx Express. Usually it takes about 3-4 days to deliver the package. The package is shipped from China.

Return Policy: Please contact me when you need a return. I will send you a FedEx return label for the return, it will cost $50 usd. The shipment is international, so $50 usd for a label is necessary. Hope your kind understanding. I will issue the refund in 3 days after the package arrived.

Notice: For Germany, Austria orders, please note in most cases, buyers are requested to provide EORI# and payment proof to FedEx which is requested by destination country Customs, and this custom clearance process will delay the delivery, the package won't be released until buyer send information to Customs.
