This size is 0.6" wide which is the size used for standard eproms (2708 - 274200) SRAM like 6264, 681000, and 40 pin processor like the Z80 family and 6502 etc, - standard wide package DIL chips.
Ex the UK Manchester Ferranti factory in the 1980's and used only once. Ideal for anyone needing good quality storage tubes.
