To cure, the paint requires a temperature of at least 265°F for a minimum of 8 minutes. However, the duration may vary depending on your heat source, which can include ovens, heat guns, or irons.

For thinning, use Gemini Heat Set Thinning Medium or one of the Gemini Heat Set thinner and brush clears. Unlike solvent-based thinners, Gemini Heat Set Thinner is non-flammable, non-toxic, and specifically formulated for this paint line. If a solvent-based thinner is preferred, Gemini Heat Set Solvent is also available.

Gemini Heat Set Paints are artist-quality fine-art paints that come pre-mixed and ready to use. Unlike oils or acrylics, they remain wet until heated, providing greater flexibility.
