1939 MACK FK


The Mack F series were introduced in 1937 and was intended for heavy-Tur duty use. These monster trucks were chain-drive 4x2 and 6x4 trucks with GVW up to 100,000 lbs. Gasoline engines were offered, as were Buda or Cummins diesel engines. Mack introduced its own diesel engine in 1938,


which soon replaced other power plants. The FK was a popular vehicle during the war, transporting munitions and equipment along the eastern U.S. coastline. This particular FK features the Mack C Cab and is powered by a 165-hp Cummins
