Carrasco pine seeds pinus halepensis
The carrasco pine is a pine of Mediterranean origin that reaches 25 meters in height, it is very resistant to aridity and at the same time is opportunistic since after the passage of a fire, it is one of the first to recolonize the burned area since the fire favors germination by bursting the pineapples and dispersing the seeds.
They should be grown in full sun as they do not withstand shady places well.
It cannot stand being indoors for more than two or three days, so it should be grown outdoors keeping it in a dry, ventilated atmosphere.
It should always be grown in open, sunny places as they prefer windy places and are very sensitive to pollution.

To germinate, it requires a 2-month stratification, then a day soaking and then putting them in a seedbed with a sandy substrate in a sheltered place.
