Shipping Information - 

• All orders will be shipped with tracking and will be securely packaged appropriate to the item(s) being shipped.  

• Our shipping goal is to ensure the item arrives in the same condition as photographed or described.  

• Orders are picked up from our store location in San Diego, CA Monday - Friday (excluding major holidays)

Returns - 

• Please message us first if you have a concern with your purchase or want to return your order.  

• Orders that are returned without communication will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and will not receive original shipping fees returned.  

• Items that are received incorrectly (we shipped the wrong item) or items that are damaged during shipment are not subject to a restock fee.  Please message us first with photos so we can assist you with a resolution.
