This RPPC came from a collection sent to a woman named Jennie Schoff who lived in Canaan, Vermont, in the late 1800s into the first few decades of the the 1900s. Her daughter went on to become the local postmistress for 60 years. I've dated this card somewhere between 1918 and 1930 because of the markings surrounding the "stamp block" on the back of the card. The four arrows at the corners indicate this is Azo development paper from that time frame.
