Warning: Our product undergoes rigorous testing, but wear and tear over time is inevitable. For your safety, always wipe the grates with a damp cloth after cleaning to ensure no bristles are left behind. Ingesting bristles can cause serious injury, including throat or gastrointestinal perforation. Carefully examine the grill surface before grilling.
NOTE: Brown markings on the scraper were welding marks not rustiness. It was caused by the process when welding grill brushes and grill scraper together at high temperature (2726 ℉). Therefore, It's normal for brown welding mark on the top of scraper. You may rest assured that it's not quality problem.
You can follow steps below to finish the installation.
1.Installation of the "U" shape scraper:
1.Assure the through-holes on the brush and on the scraper are vertical alignment.
2. Insert a screw into the through-holes
3. Tighten them with a wing nut.

Following the instructions below will HELP IMPROVE THE LIFE OF YOUR BARBECUE GRILL CLEANER.
Step 1: Pre-Heat grill for 15 minutes just to soften or melt debris.
Step 2: Use the grill scraper to gently scrape off the dirt or grease on the grill.
Step 3: Fill water with a small container to frequently soak the stainless steel grill brush while brushing.
Step 4: Scrub in the direction of the grille. Do not glide over the horizontal grille as you would with a wire brush.
Step 5: Tilting the grill cleaning brush back slightly for a deeper clean. Wipe the surfaces with a wet rag to eliminates any left-over wire on the grill.
Usage of the "U" shape scraper:
Our attached universal scraper includes 12 notches, you can rotate the scraper to select the most suitable part for your grill.
(5 notches for round grates, 5 notches for V-shape grates, 1 notch for the bottom of your grates, and flat part for the griddle.)
Encircle your grates with the scraper groove, pushing forward to fast clean the 4 sides of your grates.
Note:
The grill brush has two scrapers, the flat scraper attached on the brush and the "U" shape scraper is tightened by a wing nut.
If the gaps between metal bars are too narrow, please unscrew the 12-notches "U" shape scraper and use it independently.
You can also use the flat scraper and it will do the clean job well.
