Here is a vintage bronze 1919 Pennsylvania State Highway Route 194 Keystone shape plaque.   It measures about 12 inches from top to bottom and is also about 12 inches wide across the widest point.  The plaque sits about 2 1/4 inches high when standing on the mounting feet.  The plaque is used with tarnish, dirt and wear on the face and evidence of mounting on the back.  Please see the pictures and ask any questions. 

I purchased this item at the Middleberg Livestock Auction Flea Market and do not have any information on the item such as the location of its use, etc.
