Usage Instructions
For Headache, apply the ointment onto the forehead or temples and gently rub in a circular motion.
For Stuffy Nose, massage the ointment onto the chest, 3 to 4 times a day. You can also apply a thin layer on the sides of the nose.
Wash hands with soap after each application.
