Ingredients:

1 to 2 teaspoons of dried white willow bark

1 cup of water

Instructions:

1. Boil the water: Bring 1 cup of water to a boil.

2. Simmer the bark: Add the white willow bark to the water. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.

3. Strain and serve: Strain the tea to remove the bark, and it’s ready to drink.

Dosage:

1-2 cups per day is generally recommended, but it’s important not to overdo it due to the natural salicin content (which works like aspirin).

Flavor tip:

White willow bark can taste bitter — adding honey, lemon, or mint helps balance the flavor.
