R-32 Refrigerant Safety Notice: Our R-32 refrigerant models offer improved environmental performance. While generally safe when handled by professionals, R-32 is mildly flammable (A2L classification) and requires specific installation precautions. Always use certified HVAC technicians familiar with R-32 systems. Proper ventilation is essential, and these systems should never be exposed to ignition sources. Do not mix with other refrigerants.

Warranty

This product its covered by a LIMITED MANUFACTURE WARRANTY of 5 Years Compressor and 2 years in all the parts. The unit must be registered with the manufacture by an HVAC COMPANY technician (the installer) within the 30 days of being installed. Otherwise warranty will be VOID. (details about the registration will be provided in the package) .


General conditions for warranty validation:

  • Installation of a mini split must be completed by a licensed HVAC company to ensure any issues encountered in the future are not due to improper installation workmanship. These companies usually provide warranties for the installation work.Therefore, if any problems arise later on, they will assist you. Installation issues are more common than you might think, and the installation of the equipment is as important as, if not more important than, the equipment itself.
  • These systems are not plug-and-play units that can be installed appropriately without specific tools or prior HVAC electrical knowledge. This unit requires its refrigerant pressures to be calibrated, and it is strictly necessary to have its lines vacuumed before releasing refrigerant.
  • Labors or other costs incurred for diagnosing, repairing, removing, installing, shipping, servicing or handling of either defective parts, or replacement parts, or new units is not included in this warranty.

Returns

We offer 30 days of free returns from the date of delivery.

General conditions for accepting a return:

  • The unit must be returned in its original condition, without signs of use or prior installation, and with all original accessories and packaging.
  • If the unit has been installed and shows any defects, the following will be required:
    • Clear photographic evidence of the damage.
    • A signed report from a certified HVAC technician, including their license number and a detailed description of the installation process.
    • The unit must be returned complete (condenser, evaporator, controls, installation kit, etc.).

Return Process:

  • In the event of visible damage upon receipt:
    • Take pictures of the damage
    • Contact us as soon as possible
    • We will guide you through the return process
  • If issues arise during installation:
    • Take advantage of the technician's presence at your location
    • Contact us immediately
    • We offer online assistance via video call to review installation details with your technician
    • Together, we can determine if the issue is related to installation or the unit itself
  • For products confirmed as defective or damaged:
    • We will provide return shipping labels
    • Once the unit is received and conditions verified, we will send a brand-new replacement
