Missing 2 reddish brown doors with gold window panels, monkey with banana, one black mast rigging, black plate 6x14 (included a 6x12 + 6x2 plate to "make" this piece), sails, minifigures and their accessories, two reddish brown pirate muskets, some of the gold coins, shark, dark red round 1x1 brick, dark bluish grey scythe blade with clip. 

Some of the dark red and reddish brown pieces have cracks in them, these still work as intended but may need to be eventually replaced. One of the black mast riggings is broken at the bottom (see pics). The other black mast riggings are a little bent/worn but not cracked. One of the reddish brown boat hull sections is bent and scuffed (see pics) can still be used. Some of the pearl gold pieces were replaced and some of these are the new style (darker) pearl gold. 

What you see in the pictures are what you will receive. Disassembled for shipping. No box, no manual.
