Believed to be illustrations for White Wolf Gaming books (probably either "Vampire the Masquerade" or "Werewolf the Apocalypse"). The werewolf sketch (measuring 11 in. x 14 in.) is a convention sketch drawn at "Heroes Con" (1994).
