From the Audra estate comes this life size Antique Baby Lori doll by Swaine and Co of Germany.  This baby is 21" long and has rare jointed wrists on a baby body.  This amazing baby still has her eye lashes and wonderful blue sleep eyes.  There are no cracks chips or repairs to her bisque head.  Her head is marked D Lori 232 11.  The body is so perfect that it just can't be original paint and lacquer with fingers and toes outlined in red.  There would be some signs of wear and if you look inside the leg joint it does look like work was done but they did an absolutely amazing job.  She is a rare doll in a rare size with the rare jointed wrists.  They don't come much better than this. She is wearing an antique onsie with wool diaper cover, vintage white dress with blue ribbon, antique crocheted Cape and bonnet combination with blue ribbons and blue knit booties.
