There are several possible risks of betta exports from INDONESIA:
extreme hot weather and winter, so you have to be wise in making this decision before buying

 

You can include your email / Facebook in the package order notes, this will be used to be included on the tag label on the BETTA BAG so that the transshipper can easily contact you when the package will be sent by the transshipper to your house.

Transshipper does not work on the Ebay system, they will invoice you for Import taxes, shipping fees, rehandling fees, etc. just to your email.

DOA policy (Death on Arrival)

> All packages are packed in 2 layer bags, so they are very safe

> If the betta is dead on arrival : you must take a video/photo upon opening the package without delay or manipulation , and contact us via eBay message within 2 hours of receiving your package

If the betta arrives according to D.O.A regulations, then we are responsible for sending it back on the next order schedule.
