48 Packs Plus the 4 cards that are in the scan. We had 49 packs but opened 1 pack to see card qty and style. The 4 cards from that pack are included in this offer.

We believe originally that box had 50 packs and somehow 1 pack disappeared. 

Also we noticed there was English/French writing on the cards. We are unsure if all packs Upper Deck produced are like that.
