I can find no date or maker as almost all is Japanese.  This is an old though.  Cover appears to be a type of bonded leather.  Has a bunch of maps in back.  Flaws are as you can see - wear to covers, some staining to bottom edge of book and very bottom of a few pages that does not affect the printing.  Pages are actually quite good.  Thanks.
