2. Buyer Responsibility

• By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed all provided materials and understand that pre-owned watches may require servicing at the buyer's discretion and expense.

3. Disputes Regarding Condition

• Should you have any concerns about the condition of your item upon receipt, you must contact us within five (5) calendar days of delivery.

• Notification of concerns must include detailed photographic evidence clearly demonstrating the issue.

• Any items returned for review must retain all original security tags intact. Items with removed or tampered security tags will not be eligible for review or resolution.

4. Return Policy

• We do not accept returns except in cases where an item is materially different from the listing description. Such determinations will be made at our sole discretion following the guidelines above.
