Um die Oxidation mit Sauerstoff zu verhindern und somit sowohl das Bremsverhalten als auch die optische Erscheinung der Bremsscheibe auf höchstem Niveau zu halten, hat Textar die Produkte der PRO Serie durch ein spezielles Beschichtungsverfahren verbessert und mit PRO+ den Vorteil der besseren Hitzeverteilung durch Hochkohlen vereint.
Eigenschaften von High Carbon:
- Erhöhte Festigkeit durch einen größeren Kohlenstoff (Carbon)-Anteil im Produkt
- Optimiertes Bremsverhalten: Bremsrubbeln wird durch reduzierten Scheibenverzug minimiert
- Gleichmäßigere Wärmeverteilung durch bessere Wärmeleitfähigkeit
- Höhere Temperaturbelastbarkeit

Für den Aftermarket hat Textar ein optimiertes Dämmblech in OE-Qualität eingeführt. Q+ bietet zwei besondere Vorteile: ein Plus an Ästhetik und ein Plus an Dämpfungswirkung. Es minimiert störendes Quietschen beim Bremsen und erhöht den Bremskomfort.
Die Dämpfungsbleche haben eine textilartig strukturierte Oberfläche mit Q+ Logo und sind durch einen speziellen Kleber mit der Belagträgerplatte verbunden. Beide Komponenten weisen hervorragende Dämpfungs- und Entkopplungseigenschaften auf.
