Has its original sticker/tag and the price tag purchased from China itself (very rare). This vintage nesting basket features a boho and cottage core style, with an oval shape and woven pattern in brown and tan. Handmade in the Peoples Republic of China in and around 1949, this medium-sized basket is made of sweetgrass and comes with a lid for convenient storage. With a country cabin core decor theme, this handwoven basket with handles is perfect for any room and has a charming and rustic appeal. The one basket measuring 7.5 inches in length, 6 inches in width, and 4 inches in height. Very good vintage condition.

This nesting basket sure will add texture to your display and decor!! It dates back to 1949 as The "PEOPLES REPUBLIC OF" or its abbreviation P.R.O.C. in Western or Chinese characters was added from 1949.  I am totally amazed by this nesting basket and the condition is extremely good.  This basket is over 75 years old and gorgeous! It really has that Boho and Cottage Core aesthetic. This includes one vintage nesting basket in Nantucket style with a Boho and Cottage Core design. It would have been part of a collection of baskets that nested together, however stand alone, it really is a beautiful woven basket. Hand woven with sweetgrass, this oval/round basket features a woven pattern. With handle and lid, this lidded basket is ideal for adding a touch of Country Cabin Cottage Core style to your decor.
