Working as it should. Everything you need to create or transfer video. To transfer video, simply plug the Camcorder to the power adapter and plug the transfer cable from Camcorder to TV or other device. Battery is not tested and probably won't hold a charge. You don't use battery to transfer. You will need to buy new batteries to create video. Most people buy a 3-pack,  they are cheap.
