Royal Elite Vacation Club (Timeshare Manager) supports ownership transfers among 

private persons only. They do not accept an ownership sale to a company. Please keep this in mind before bidding.

In order for a Royal Elite membership to be transferred to another person, Royal Elite and Sandos Hotels and Resorts require:

 

-The membership to be paid in full

-A notarized release commitment letter of the owner granting the rights and obligations of the membership (names as they appear in the contract, contract number and both signatures).

-A notarized release acceptance letter of the buyer accepting the rights and obligations of membership (full name, address, contact numbers, email, contract number and both firms).

-A copy of a credit card of the new owner, official personal identification and an authorization letter addressed to Royal Elite Vacation Club for future operation costs or maintenance fees.

 

Both parties understand that the selling price is determined by the owner and Royal Elite and Sandos Hotels and Resorts have no interference with this decision.

After we receive the documents we will contact both parties to verify the information and inform them of any future updates on the status of membership.

To whom it may concern:

 

I _____________________________, owner of the Royal Elite Vacation Club membership by Sandos Resorts, grant all my rights, privileges and responsibilities for my member account with contract number ________ to __________ __________________________________ , who will resume all payments and fees corresponding to the membership.

 

By this form I give my consent to ________________________________ to move forward with the membership.

I __________________________________ will no longer belong to this membership or neither have the right to use it.
