This Ichizo (市蔵) 165mm model features an ultra-keen White Paper #1 (Shirogami #1) carbon steel core and a distinctive black hammered Kurouchi finish, combining traditional Japanese craftsmanship with lively, precise cutting performance. Double bevel edge — suitable for both right- and left-handed cooks.
