You are buying one good used 1999 Toyota 4Runner REAR wiper arm as pictured. STOCK PHOTOS!!! The wiper blade is included , but the rubber insert is shot and will need replacing. The paint is somewhat faded with a few chips and scratches , splines are good and the return spring is strong. It needs a respray with satin black paint. The number on underside of arm is 5514. The Wiper Arm & wiper blade will be separated for shipping!
