This is a very cute and groovy vintage 1960's mod mini dress by Maggi for Ros Atkins.  A green and blue wool yarn knit shell over an acetate lining.  Back zipper closure. fringed hem.  Very nice. 

S.  Bust 34 inches, waist 28 inches, hips 36 inches.  Shoulder to hem 34 inches.  Shoulder to waist 17 inches.
