General Description

  1. A manual for beginners to intermediate users to record comfortable sound for YouTube, the web, TV, and film production.

Video content on the web, including YouTube, is increasing, and opportunities to shoot videos are increasing. A new type of video creator and still photographer is changing the world of movies and commercials with the beauty of the images they take with a sense that video cameramen don't have. Cameras and lighting equipment are becoming more and more affordable, and the difference between TV programs and YouTuber footage is becoming smaller. Additionally, a unique visual world created by still photographers and Vloggers is emerging.

However, when YouTubers and video photographers actually start making videos, I think the problem they face is the sound. Not only videographers, but even self-produced films run into big hurdles when it comes to audio quality.

In addition, competition among video creators on the web is becoming more intense, making it difficult to differentiate from others. I feel that the quality of sound is now becoming extremely important. Simply using a good microphone used by professionals will not improve the sound quality that easily.

Therefore, in this book, the author uses the knowledge and experience of the film recording club to provide explanations for YouTubers and up-and-coming videographers using photographic terminology and the concept of shooting as clearly as possible. . For example, sound also has "focus" and "exposure." There is a phenomenon similar to "halation" and "color cast". The same concept that causes the image quality of photos to deteriorate reduces the sound quality of the microphone. When you hear that, I think it becomes a little easier to imagine it.I want to write it in an easy-to-understand manner, not just as a technical book, but so that photographers can also understand the image.

This book has been revised by adding a new manuscript to the "Complete Recording Manual for YouTubers", which the author has released as a Kindle e-book.
