    Orders for Next Working Day Delivery should be placed before 12pm, unless otherwise specified on the product. Please note that orders made over the weekend are processed for dispatch on Mondays.

    All orders utilizing standard delivery or the free delivery option will be sent through a 2-3 working day service from the date of dispatch.

    We strongly recommend that you only schedule tradesmen or services after you have received your goods since we cannot assume responsibility for any expenses incurred due to delivery delays.

    While our goal is to dispatch all orders within two working days, there may be rare instances when certain items are temporarily out of stock. In such cases, we will make every effort to keep you informed about expected dispatch dates should any delays arise. When we provide you with the estimated arrival date, you can decide whether to proceed with the order or not.
    Return:

    Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item within 14 days. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
