- Pan is designed to be pre-heated in oven.
- Handles will get very hot, always pick up with tea towel or oven mitt.
- Always allow your pan to cool before washing.
- After use, wipe your pan clean or wash your pan lightly in warm water.
- Do not use a stiff brush, or a scourer.
- To prevent any rust, always dry well and store your pan with the lid off.
- Place paper towels between pans as this absorbs moisture.
- Cast Iron cookware should never be placed in the dishwasher or microwave.
- Do not clean your cast iron pan with oven cleaner.
- Oven safe to 270c.
- Place a trivet on the table before setting down hot pan.
