Used telephone being sold as-is for parts or repair.  It has been tested, and it does work.  You can call out with it.  You can also receive calls, but there is no ringer.  It is off white and has fading.  Crack on back of phone.  It has an extra long cord, but there are cut marks on it.  Please look at detailed pictures for condition.
