About Us

Oak and Pine Online are a small family owned business based in the market town of Kirkby Stephen in the stunning Eden Valley in East Cumbria. Geographically we are around 15 minuts from junction 38 of the M6 and located between the towns of Kendal, Penrith and Barnard Castle.
We have ben trading since 2016 and sell on various online shopping channels as well as having a small shop showcasing selected pieces from each of the ranges we sell online. We also have a floor of heavily discounted ex display and slight seconds available to be taken away the same day. 
All furniture is fully assembled unless stated otherwise and we focus on cabinet furniture sourced from oak, mango, shesham, pine and acaccia.
Delivery is available throughout mainland UK and generally included within the selling price.

Payment

Payment is made via eBay managed payments, our website will accept paymnts via credit and debit card as well as PayPal. 

Shipping

Delivery is available and generally free of charge unless specified otherwise. Delivery to offshore UK may available at a surcharge but please check first.
Delivery will generally be via 1 person so please have someone available to assist in case of larger heavier pieces.
Delivery is to ground floor only and in the cases of flats, apartments this may just be to a reception area
Please check the estimated delivery dates on each listing before you order as furniture is typically large and heavy so cannot be shipped as quickly as smaller parcels!

Returns

Please check each individual listing but returned are generally free of charge within 60 days or purchase as long as your order is returned in the same condition it was delivered and has suitable packaging so cannot be damaged in transit.
Any refunds from returns will be processed once a return is received and is deemed to be in the same condition as it was delivered.
