Wendy Wiinanen is a life-long artist and designer, who loves doodling on envelopes, making up her own recipes, hand-writing long letters, sipping iced french-pressed coffee, taking joy-rides down back roads, exploring waterfront by kayak, and growing herbs and flowers in her patio garden. Her passion is creating original ideas, compelling concepts and eye-catching artwork that is uniquely fresh and trend-right. She manages design projects from rough idea to finished product, balancing both business objectives and creative vision. She is gifted at creating artwork in an endless variety of styles and techniques, while also being able to maintain stylistic consistency throughout a body of work.

We are Authorized Dealers of the products we sell on eBay.
We purchase our items brand new, direct from the artist or major manufacturers.
(If this is a used item it will be listed on eBay as used - thank you)
We try to open and inspect the quality of all items before we photograph and list on eBay.
Items are stored in our smoke-free warehouse until sold and shipped out.
Boxes with dents or scratches are not considered "damaged" and cannot be replaced.
We do not offer an overnight shipping option
We ship same day or next day
We reserve the right to use the most economical shipping method on all items with free shipping.
If item does not ship free - don't get stuck with a $100 max reimbursement on a $400 item
Please add shipping insurance at time of purchase to cover full value of your item
We may add signature confirmation to expensive items to ensure proper delivery

eBay International Shipping

All items purchased are valued at the price paid and ship as merchandise to an eBay International Shipping hub. eBay International Shipping offers both Duties Delivered Unpaid (DDU) and Duties Delivered Paid (DDP) options to buyers. Currently, the option to be used is predefined for every transaction based on the item price, item weight, and buyer shipping country. Later this year, eBay International Shipping will enable buyers to choose how they prefer to have their shipment cleared through customs — using DDP or DDU.

Returns

All International return inquiries need to be directed to eBay's International Shipping department.
Domestic returns will vary per item and listing.

Returnable

If requesting to return undamaged returnable item:
1.) Buyer/Seller responsibility for shipping costs varies depending on the item & reason for return.
2.) If any of the original packaging is missing or unusable please inform us when you contact us.
3.) Needs to arrive back (within 5 days) in it's original entirety before any refund amount will be processed.

Non-Returnable

We DO NOT accept return requests for no return listings.

Most no return listings pictures are of the actual item for sale, not stock photos. If we list an item with defects we try to picture them clearly and will reference if it is defective in our description. If you decide to purchase a non-returnable item *ALL SALES ARE FINAL*, please do not ask to return your purchase.

If Damaged

International Buyers: When your purchase arrives at eBay's International Shipping Hub our responsibility and control of your purchase ends. There is little we can do except send you the tracking#.  Please contact eBay's International Shipping if you have issues with receiving or damage to your purchase, Thank You.

This disclaimer is to cover that rare occasion an item arrives broken.
Sorry- We do not offer replacements

If your item arrives damaged "it is not our doing" and becomes the carrier's financial responsibility to reimburse the package value. Please let us know within 3 days and send photos for the on-line claim.
(include photo of outer box with our shipping label/tracking#)

Claim options are:
1. Buyer can file the online claim and receive the payment directly(fastest option)
2. We do the claim and credit the initial payment after we receive the reimbursement
(this can take 4-6 weeks depending on the carrier)
Please retain the entire contents of the package and box until the claim process is completed.
After the claim is settled you can do whatever you choose with the item you purchased.

3. Or, a buyer can choose to utilize eBay's Money Back Guarantee. (Or...if claiming an item is not as described) 
Our process for this is:
a) Item will need to be shipped back (All items-No exceptions)
b) Buyer is responsible for return postage
c) Item must be back to us within 5 business days in it's original entirety before any refund amount is processed.
