Box label shows it fits 1952 - 1958 Ford Passenger Cars and 1955 - 1958 Thunderbirds. 

May fit others according to other reproduction ads, etc.

Mirror glue has separated due to age, as seen in the picture but no issues and has no damage.

Has the original template and gasket but the 2 screws are not there.

Typical factory part from FORD, now 70 years old.
