Friday. All messages received over the weekend or during a
Holiday will be replied to on the next business day. If you have any

PAYMENT: Payment
must be received within 3 days of close of auction unless prior arrangements
are made.
SHIPPING: We ship all of our products within 2 business
days. We don't ship on weekends or holidays. Our free shipping
charges are for the
FEEDBACK: If you have any problems or concerns with your
purchase, please contact us before leaving feedback so that we may resolve the
issue for you. Once you receive your product, we would appreciate you leaving
us positive feedback.
RETURNS/DAMAGES: We want our customers to feel confident purchasing
from us and to be 100% satisfied with their product. We would be happy to
accept any returns. All returns must be received within 30 days. If you receive
an item that arrives damaged, please contact us right away so that we can
