Measures approximately 8 1/2" x 11".  95 Pages.

Pages may have writing, highlighter or ink marks on them.

Item has surface scuffing, creasing, turned corners, and discoloration from age and storage.  There are three holes punched along the left edge.  There is some tearing along the edges of the holes.  This item apparently came from a smoker's home originally, and there is a scent to it.  I don't know if it can be aired out completely.
