• All orders are processed within 2 business day of receipt of payment.
• The tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail when items are shipped.
• Local pick up is available. Please email for arrangements.
• Only ship to the confirmed address provided by PayPal. Please make sure your address in PayPal matches the address you would like us to ship to.
• Address changing must be confirmed by our customer service before payment.
• We DO NOT ship to Hawaii, Alaska, APO, FPO, and Puerto Rico.
• Shipping fees and return fees are not refundable.

• We accept PayPal and only ship to a confirmed address.
• We accept E-Check through PayPal, will ship after check clears (usually 7–10 days).
• Items will ship out once the payment is made.
• Checkout is expected within 3 days of auction close and payment within 4 days.
• Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after 4 days.

• Buyer will be charged 10% restocking fee after 30 day of the purchase for any unused returned item.
• All items must be returned with all original contents and components with prior authorization.
• Return shipping shall be the responsibility of the buyer. We pay the shipping to send replacement.
• Inspect package before accepting shipment. Save packaging for claims.

Shipping fees and return fees are not refundable. Approved refunds are processed back to the original form of payment in accordance with marketplace and payment processor policies.
