Photo measures approximately 7 1/8" x 9 1/8".  It measures around 9 7/8" x 11 3/4" including the border.

Photo has edge chipping, dings to the edges and corners, surface scratches and marks, staining, discoloration and marks from age and storage.  There is some tearing and creasing to the bottom right corner area.
