This is a wonderful tea set, ideal for afternoon tea, in a delightful floral print. It was made by Adderleys Ltd and the design is Spray Number 69. It is a design that was produced between 1900 and 1930.

We have found a few examples of this design (Spray No 69) but very few that include the stunning blue to the edges/rims of the china. We feel the blue is a wonderful addition as it is so rich and vibrant! The design includes wonderful floral details, in incredibly beautiful colours, as well as gold highlights.

All pieces are in good vintage condition, with the only real sign of wear and tear being that there are a few places where the gold detailing has worn slightly.

This wonderful set belonged to one of our grandparents, and was their cherished set! It would be a wonderful set for any lover of vintage items and fine china. It was part of our vintage style wedding party where we had a wonderful afternoon tea! This is perhaps where one of the cups went astray! This set is begging to be re-loved and to be used for a cream tea again!

The set is stunning and includes the following:
5 cups (approximately 7cm diameter, 6cm depth)
6 saucers (approximately 14cm diameter)
6 small plates (approximately 18cm diameter)
1 serving plate (approximately 23cm diameter)
1 deep bowl (approximately 14cm diameter, 9cm depth)

Please see photos for condition as this set will be sold as seen.
