ESTIMATED ARRIVE IS NOT GUARANTEED! Your Royal Mail postie is working hard to deliver your parcel quick as they can. We send your order with Royal Mail Track 48, BUT THEY NOT GUARANTEE YOU WILL GET THE PARCEL IN 2 DAYS UNFORTUNATELY, Please allow your postie some extra days to deliver it to you!
After your parcel left us, we not able to cancel it, or change any details (like shipping address, or 2nd class to track 24, etc)
We take the orders to post office monday-friday at 10am. If you order after 10am we will send it on following working day (exclude bank holiday, weekends) If you take your order Friday afternoon, we take to post office monday morning, and 10 working days shipping will start on monday.
IF YOU NEED FASTER SHIPPING THAN TRACK48 OR SIGN FOR YOU WELCOME TO CONTACT US BEFORE ORDER! We can send your order with any royal mail service for some extra fee.

If you do not get it in 10 working days ( 2 full weeks, monday-friday, exclude bank holiday) please contact us. WE REJECT EVERY DELAY/LOST REQUEST BEFORE 10 WORKING DAYS NO EXCEPTION. May the Royal Mail parcels delay about the high volume/strike, thank you for your patience.
