Then travels a short distance to the processing plant where it is turned into the roasted product you will enjoy. Product is produced in an allergen free enviroment, is certified Kosher (by CRC), and is Certified USDA Organic (by MCIA). Wild Rice, which is Minnesota's State Grain, is protected by law from genentic modification - meaning it will always by NON-GMO.
