There are many ways and options for securing your boots with ski rollers, using a clamp or using a regular ski binding - before buying, you need to find out if there are craftsmen in your country or city who can help you or find ways to tie your boots to ski rollers.

In our country, some ski schools have purchased such roller skis, and in the summer they train on grassy surfaces, and each school has its own individual ways of attaching boots to roller skis - so look for specialized workshops that can tie your boots to roller skis for you.

Ski rollers

Purpose of the product
1. Roller skis (hereinafter referred to as roller skis) are intended for training skiers and amateur skiing on grass slopes that do not require special training, during the snowless period.
2. Roller skis allow you to reproduce elements of alpine skiing, practice the technique of passing slalom tracks and high-speed descent. The speed of movement on roller skis is close to the speed

Speed of movement at low speeds, length 25+30 m, slope 25-30 degrees - 35+40 km/h

The roller skis are designed for installation of elements of serial ski bindings
Roller skis are designed for any size of ski boots

      Device and principle of operation

The ski roller consists of a housing in which four rollers rotate on axles. All rollers are connected by an endless plastic caterpillar-type belt. The belt tension is adjusted by special bushings that move the rear roller axle. The bushings are secured with nuts. The housing has angles for installing elements of serial ski bindings.
The front part of the ski boot is secured with a bracket. The design provides a special base for installing (if desired) the front stop of a serial ski binding. In this case, the bracket is removed from the roller ski. The rear part of the ski boot is secured with the elements of the rear unit of a serial ski binding.

The holes in the brackets are designed to install fastening elements for different shoe sizes, as well as to adjust the position of the skier's center of gravity (front, middle, and rear centering of the skier-roller ski system).

The principle of operation of roller skis is based on the body rolling on an inclined plane. Connecting the rollers with an endless belt allows you to perform elements of the technique of moving on skis and ensures the cross-country ability of roller skis on grassy slopes that do not require special preparation.

                                                                                       Operating procedure

To ride roller skis, you need to install the ski bindings according to your shoe size.
When installing, select the position of the center of gravity of the skier - roller system

It is necessary to select ski poles of the appropriate size.

When roller skiing, the body, legs and arms perform movements typical of alpine skiing techniques.

During operation, pay attention to the tension of the roller ski track belt.

It should be remembered that reducing the tension increases the speed of the roller skis. However, very weak belt tension can lead to it being thrown out on the guide groove during movement, especially when making turns.
